Our mission is to bridge the gap between Mental and Physical (MAP) Wellbeing through personalised coaching that empowers meaningful, lasting change.

The connection between mind and body is profound, yet too often overlooked in medical settings. Your brain and body constantly influence one another—they can either create strain or offer support. We help you learn sustainable ways to care for both, giving you the tools to build resilience and maintain balance.


Through our coaching, you’ll be supported to positively shape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in line with your personal goals. By nurturing both body and mind together, you can enhance your overall wellbeing and quality of life.

 Nicole Clements, founder of MAP (Mental and Physical) Wellbeing, is a Certified Life Coach who takes a holistic,  person-centred approach.  Nicole will honour your unique needs and goals, empowering you to explore and reshape your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Using evidence-based tools, Nicole can help you to cultivate lasting imp

  •  Specialist 1:1 Coaching for those living with Long-term Health Conditions/ Chronic illness


  • Specialist 1:1 Coaching for those living with ADHD
